About us
"Speak Up, Speak Out Asia" effectively combines the call to action to "Speak Up" with the advocacy and support encapsulated in "Speak Out Asia," conveying a strong message of empowerment and speaking out for those in need.
At Speak Up, Speak Out Asia, our goal is to empower and advocate for the vulnerable in Southeast Asia. We are committed to providing support and resources to children who face speech difficulties, those who suffer from autism, victims in unsafe circumstances, and individuals who live in poverty. Our mission is to unleash hope and amplify voices in Southeast Asia to create a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone.
Our family resides in Orange County, California, where Angela works as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She holds a degree from Western North Carolina, MS CCC-SLP, which she proudly earned. Our family comprises five members, including our beloved sons, Kade and Kyle, and our loyal English Cocker, Kenzie. In addition to our philanthropic travels, we enjoy taking relaxing strolls on the beach and savoring delicious cuisine at our favorite restaurants and venues in Huntington Beach.
What we do
Speech Services
Angela provides a comprehensive array of services to individuals in the Southeast Asian region who experience speech and language difficulties. These services include hearing screenings, accent reduction and modification, assessment and treatment of articulation and phonology, assessment and treatment of expressive and receptive language, augmentative and alternative communication methods, education and training for parents, teachers, medical staff, and caregivers, as well as other related services. These interventions are thoughtfully crafted to support individuals with communication difficulties and to promote an improved quality of life.
Food, Water, & Clothing
Providing food and water is a crucial aspect of our charitable endeavors. It may be difficult to imagine, but access to necessities such as clothing, sustenance, and safe drinking water is limited in certain regions where we operate. Our mission is to demonstrate compassion towards the underprivileged communities worldwide. Our outreach efforts have taken us across the Asia Pacific, bringing hope and happiness to places like Kiribati, Fiji, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Laos.

Stories
Angela possesses a profound dedication to unleashing hope and amplifying the voices of the Asia-Pacific region, whether it involves working in a walk-in clinic tucked away on a side street in Chiang Rai, Thailand, or in an educational setting in Vientiane, Laos.
It has been gratifying to witness the joy on young girls' faces as they experience the sound of rain for the first time. We've had the privilege of supplying hearing aids to these young girls and observing children delight in receiving quality education and services that empower them to develop, learn, and express themselves.
These children, who may have learning disabilities or special needs, are not defined by these challenges; rather, they are uniquely gifted individuals with valuable contributions to make. Your partnership with us will facilitate the purchase of essential equipment and provision of school resources in some of the world's most economically disadvantaged areas and enable us to journey to challenging locations to foster hope and amplify the voices of the Asia-Pacific region. Will you help us, help them?
